Context
NetSuite teams were shipping AI features faster than they could reason about them — prompts lived in code, versions drifted, and QA had no way to see what the model actually did with real customer data.

The problem
Give NetSuite engineers and PMs a shared, safe surface to write, test and iterate on prompts against live variables — without letting bad prompts leak into production.

Approach
- Ran discovery with 12 engineers and PMs across 4 SuiteApp teams to map the current prompt lifecycle end-to-end.
- Designed a 3-pane authoring model — prompt · variables · output — that mirrors how engineers already debug.
- Built the flow on Oracle Redwood tokens so it drops into any NetSuite surface without a re-skin.
- Introduced diff-based versioning and side-by-side output previews to make regressions obvious in one glance.
